CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation/ No Show Policy - In an effort to ensure our clients get the best service possible, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason we respectfully request a 24-hour notice be given via text message, email, or directly through website. If a 12-hour cancellation/rescheduling notice is not given, there will be a fee equal to 25% of your service cost assessed, which is non-refundable nor will it be applied to future appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and there will be a fee equal to 25% of your service cost assessed, which is non-refundable nor will it be applied to any future appointments. Arriving late will result in time taken off your appointment allotted time to respect the rest of the day’s clients.
